Hi, I’m Jeremy L Gaither — a Senior DevOps and Software Engineer based in Austin, Texas.

I’ve spent over a decade building software and more than 7 years designing and automating cloud platforms at scale. My career has spanned Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, and high-security environments, where I’ve designed systems that improved reliability, accelerated delivery, and empowered engineering teams.

Alongside DevOps, I’ve developed a strong focus on AI persona ecosystems: modular, collaborative AI agents that blend infrastructure discipline with creative orchestration. I see this as the next frontier: AIOps. I’m applying the lessons of DevOps to how we design, operate, and collaborate with AI systems.

Beyond Work

When I’m not deep in pipelines or persona design, I enjoy writing, exploring creative systems, and continuously learning how humans and machines can collaborate more effectively.

History

I taught myself computer programming using BASIC on a pre-PC computer in the 5th grade. Once I figured out that I could write a program to do my math homework for me, I was hooked! Later, I ran a Bulletin Board System for a few years before the internet took over the world.
